Do guests need an app?

No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera and the list opens in the browser.

Which languages are supported?

English, Japanese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch and Portuguese, and more to come.

My wine list is long. How long does it take to enter?

Search each wine by name and add it. If you’d rather not type, email us a photo of your list and we’ll enter it for you.

I don’t have tasting notes for my wines.

You don’t need them. Add the name and type, and the tasting notes and pairings are written for you. You can edit them any time.

Can I change prices or mark a bottle sold out myself?

Yes, from your dashboard, in seconds. Guests see the change the next time they scan.

Does the free plan need a credit card?

No.

What currency am I billed in?

Japanese yen (JPY). Your card provider converts it to your currency.

How do I cancel the Pro plan?

From your dashboard, any time. You keep Pro until the end of the period, then go back to the free plan.

Is the introductory price locked in?

Yes. Venues that sign up at the introductory price keep it, even after the list price goes up.
